## Verdict
Real process + real project + overstated viral framing. Plastic-to-fuel pyrolysis is scientifically real. Brown appears to be building/promoting a small/mobile solar-powered microwave-pyrolysis implementation. But he did not invent pyrolysis itself, and the source check did not find independent proof that Plastolene is commercial-scale, zero-emissions, fully self-sustaining, or a free-energy/big-oil-killing breakthrough.
