[0.00-5.70] What is red light therapy? Does it work? Why is it exploding in popularity? The [5.70-9.96] medical world seems to be fighting back against it, which always raises my [9.96-13.72] alarm bells when they see something that could be a natural curative for [13.72-18.24] something and they're pushing back against it. Just walk into any best buy or [18.24-22.96] target and you'll see entire stations set up for red light therapy. [22.96-27.64] Jonathan Otto is an investigative journalist, filmmaker and humanitarian who's [27.64-32.20] work has focused heavily on health, healing and conversations that sit outside [32.20-36.64] the usual medical mainstream and he's the author of the book The Cancer Off [36.64-40.78] Switch. So we wanted to invite Jonathan on today to talk about red light [40.78-45.04] therapy specifically. Jonathan, welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me [45.04-49.80] Clayton. I appreciate it. So maybe you can just explain to our audience, you know, [49.80-52.76] when people go into a best buy and they see these like red light therapy [52.76-56.68] masks and these other things and they seem to be all the rage right now. Just go [56.72-60.20] on Instagram and you see like a lot of women buying them and using them on a [60.20-65.48] regular basis. My wife included and she gave it to my son, my adolescent son, who [65.48-70.52] had like a bit of a big acne breakout at one point a few months ago and he's [70.52-73.48] got to want to wear that thing. He put it on for like two nights and his acne [73.48-78.48] went away. So like what the hell is that? Anyway, what is red light therapy and why [78.48-84.48] is maybe the big pharmaceutical complex scared of it? Yeah. Well Clayton, that's a [84.48-88.44] great question. It really touches my heart to hear about that case that he [88.44-93.16] with your son and your wife because it's something that he would have [93.16-97.40] potentially lived with and then the scarring from it and then being tempted to [97.40-102.12] take acutane and that would have damaged his liver and so see the cascade of [102.12-106.80] effects that happens and so the proof is in the putting people are seeing it. [106.80-110.96] You're observing it without being an expert in it and that's one of the [110.96-115.60] wonders of this. But what it is is it's your body responding to what it was [115.60-118.92] designed to respond to. Clearly, you could see in nature that your [118.92-124.64] biologically designed for light and red light being the sunrise and sunset [124.64-127.80] which is actually probably the part of the day Clayton that you and a lot of [127.80-132.00] the viewers are missing daily and it's interesting to see what it's doing for [132.00-137.04] people and the reason why I would say the pharmaceutical industry may have some [137.04-140.52] major concerns around it is because it's become an alternative for [140.52-146.28] palliative chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery in major clinical studies, now [146.28-153.40] ranging into the thousands, specifically on cancer into the high hundreds through [153.40-159.84] photodynamic therapy. And the Lancet oncology even published a clinical [159.84-164.72] study with 413 men and the red light group because it's a randomized [164.72-171.04] control control trial, the red light group did almost 400% better than the [171.04-177.60] non-red light group in a 413 person group. And only 6% got surgery in the [177.60-181.44] red light group, 30% got red light in the non got surgery in the non-red light [181.44-187.04] group, which is a 500% difference on that front. So that's major, these are [187.04-191.68] major medical journals and these are major issues that, you know, then after [191.68-196.12] these surgeries, 9 out of 10 will become impotent. And so people are running now [196.12-201.80] for these less invasive, more selective therapies that are targeting tumor cells [201.80-206.00] instead of carpet bombing the body or just taking out organs that we actually [206.00-212.68] want, which I would say in some ways is forced or transgender surgeries that are [212.68-217.76] not intentionally transgender surgeries, not to gas or not to kind of rage [217.76-222.16] bait people. But my point is that it's, that's happening to people where they're [222.16-224.96] getting organs removed because they don't think there's a better option. And [224.96-226.68] I think that that's the big threat right there. [226.68-232.04] When you first started looking in the red light therapy, what convinced you that [232.04-235.16] this was something worth taking seriously rather than just like a health [235.16-240.92] fat? Yeah, I was producing on a series called The Truth About Cancer, about 12 [240.92-246.04] years ago that became the most prolific holistic cancer documentary series in [246.08-254.24] the world. And I went around the world literally hundreds of over a hundred in [254.24-257.20] that particular series of the world's best medical doctors that were the ones [257.20-260.76] putting their head out of the, you know, the foxhole and getting shot at whether [260.76-265.72] it was Dr. Stanislaw Buzinski or Dr. Matthias Rath or, or, you know, the [265.72-269.64] Gerson therapy center and Dr. Antonio Himinez from the Hope for Cancer [269.64-274.44] Treatment Centers who was kind enough to like write on, you know, that book [274.48-279.04] that I shared with you when we were off camera, but you know, his words were [279.04-284.72] that my, my work is groundbreaking and potentially loud saving and not just [284.72-288.80] recommended but essential. When I went inside of his clinic back 12 years ago, [288.80-294.44] I remember being blown away from the results that people would get on what, [294.44-298.68] what was referred to and is referred to as photo by modulation, which is [299.04-303.64] photo light, bio, life modulation to change to change the process of life [303.64-308.16] through light. And, and it was a staple. And then you're hearing this combination [308.16-311.68] of therapies with methylene blue and it's not a coincidence that when Mel Gibson [311.68-315.04] was on Rogan Show and says, I had three friends, I tell you good, sorry, three [315.04-319.52] friends were stage full cancer. The, the, the basically implying that they were [319.52-322.36] going to die, they had a lot of things going on. Now they don't have cancer [322.36-326.40] at all anymore. And so these were the big blockbuster statements that were coming [326.40-329.72] out. And he says they were taking and then he lists anti parasitic [329.84-333.28] fenders or I've emect and then he says methylene blue. Methylene blue has to [333.28-336.88] be activated by red light to work properly. And that's called anti-microbial [336.88-340.92] photo dynamic therapy, which is specifically anti parasitic. So now you start [340.92-344.32] seeing these worlds come together. And I started seeing this and it blew my mind [344.32-347.12] and I knew it was more than a fat. I knew it was more than just something that was [347.12-351.24] a passing trend. And then after more research, I found that the Nobel Prize was [351.24-356.04] one in 1903 by Niels Reiberg-Finson for light therapy, reverse and chronic [356.04-363.00] disease. They were using incandescent bulbs, which, which, which is basically the [363.00-370.76] same thing as a reptile lamp, a $10 chicken lamp or a reptile lamp. I'm, I'm not [370.76-375.12] exaggerating because this was the technology at the time. And his case was [375.12-380.72] Lupus vulgaris that that was one specifically for. So autoimmune condition, which [380.72-386.40] then brings you into the whole autoimmune category. So it was using these [386.40-389.92] incandescent bulbs and it was John Harvey Kellogg, which I would say has a mixed [389.92-394.28] reputation. This was the good side of his work. And he wrote the book Light [394.28-399.16] Therapeutics and it was treating tens of thousands of people in the sanitariums [399.16-403.12] with light therapy in this same type of technology, which means that, you know, [403.12-408.24] people, for example, could, could try those types of things. But what happened [408.24-415.84] though in the 80s and it was Dr. Andre Mester, the Hungarian physician in the 60s, that [415.84-421.40] then pioneered what was then known as red light therapy as we know it today. And by then [421.40-426.20] the 90s, once NASA, which I think a lot of people are distrusting NASA, probably for [426.20-430.80] a lot of good reasons. Anyway, we won't go there. But the good thing that they did was [430.80-435.80] they actually did fund LED light emitting diet research, which LEDs have a bad name [435.80-440.20] when you have higher flicker rates in the home, but they became the highest power way to [440.20-446.08] deliver light into the body. And so once that tech came in, they don't flicker in devices [446.08-450.64] like what I have behind me. And those are the ones like, for example, the hope for cancer [450.64-456.08] treatment centers that, you know, as side note, they're using our devices for their patient [456.08-460.76] program. But the reason why they went to light emitting diodes is because they could [460.76-465.28] push 90% of the power into light and only 10% into heat. So they became that much more [465.28-469.40] bright. And that was what was needed. And so then the thousands of studies started [469.40-474.24] pouring in like the one I just cited from the Lancet. But it was from everything from [474.24-479.76] eyesight to chronic back pain to any autoimmune condition you could imagine from arthritis [479.76-488.80] to lupus, to macular degeneration, to post stroke, to dementia. And I'm not exaggerating. [488.80-494.00] And I could show each one of these studies. And the results were almost unbelievable for [494.00-497.24] many of them. And they were published in every big journal you could imagine from the [497.24-503.00] British medical journal to the Lancet oncology, children, elderly adults. Yeah. It's true. [503.00-507.24] I mean, and it seems to me that this, there's a suppression going on. We had Nicholas Hulscher [507.24-511.40] on from the wellness company a few weeks ago to talk about Ivermectin and Ben Benzadol [511.40-516.88] and the largest study basically of cancer reversal, or showing incredible science, just [516.88-521.80] as you mentioned, Ivermectin and Ben Benzadol. And I learned, I didn't know it at the time [521.80-526.76] that the CIA knew about this, knew about the parasitic infection of cancer in the body [526.76-532.48] as early as the 1950s and basically helped suppress this information. So the idea that you [532.48-538.08] could go out and get sunlight or red light therapy or just sitting in your backyard could [538.08-544.64] help ward off macular degeneration, all sorts of issues. And that happened more than a hundred [544.64-552.64] years ago and we're now maybe just learning about it? Yeah, exactly, exactly. And once [552.64-558.32] you get this, you kind of get a little obsessed in a good way, I think, Clayton, where if [558.32-564.24] you look at your mitochondria, which equate to about 25% of your organ cells, they contain [564.24-568.60] something called mitochondrial chromophores, which are light receptors. So biologically [568.60-573.60] you design for it. And you look at the window and you look at the plants growing, you look [573.60-577.28] at the animals in nature, and they're getting two things at the same time, which is the [577.28-582.60] Earth's magnetic field, which is grounding, which is really fascinating when you stack [582.60-588.24] those therapies with a pulsed electromagnetic field with light therapy. And they're getting [588.24-593.80] light, both the red, particularly in the Sunrise Sunset and the UVB during the day and the [593.80-598.76] whole spectrum, full spectrum of light, both red, near infrared, mid infrared, fire infrared. [598.76-602.80] What's happening when it goes into the mitochondria through the light receptors, mitochondrial [602.80-607.60] chromophores, they're generating reactive oxygen species. So it's a tendency in triphosphate, [607.60-612.48] which is cellular energy, and reactive oxygen species. They're the specific aspects that [612.48-617.80] target circulating tumor cells and zombie cells, known as senescent cells. So whether it [617.80-622.68] was a circulating tumor cell or something that was going to become a problematic cancer, [622.68-626.16] because preventative studies have been done on red light therapy on cancer, particularly [626.16-631.24] in animals, showing that it is preventative, which is fascinating in itself, considering [631.24-635.48] that one in two males are getting cancer during their life, one in three females. And [635.48-644.10] then you're in a big pharma, typically, they're selling you these expensive and invasive [644.10-650.64] therapies that really, I would say, they're not as efficacious as what people maybe think [650.64-656.56] they are. And then you end up in a whole other sphere, which is when you're specifically [656.56-661.76] targeting the cancer cells without harming the body. And whether it's reversing another [661.76-666.20] chronic condition, it's really about shutting down unhealthy cells and then creating new [666.20-672.88] cells, which is the genesis, or it's called the proliferation of new healthy stem cells [672.88-677.60] and differentiation, both of which red light is heavily proven to do, not within your [677.60-682.32] bones and within your organs like their kidneys. [682.32-688.08] So what conditions or symptoms seem to respond best to red light therapy, pain like arthritis, [688.08-694.84] inflammation, maybe skin issues, like I mentioned with my son, sleep, maybe energy, recovery, [694.84-698.68] something else, what maybe responds best to red light therapy? [698.68-704.00] Yes, all of the conditions Clayton that you mentioned do have clinical studies that [704.00-709.44] back them. And one of the fun things for people to do is to do their own research and to put [709.44-714.48] the chronic condition they have into Google, or Google scholar, or GROC, or chat GPT, [714.48-719.32] and then whatever, whatever condition they have, red light therapy, those just those words [719.32-723.72] together, show me the best studies, show me what timeframes show me, the time that they [723.72-727.56] use that show me, what wavelengths of light that they use. Because like for example, [727.56-731.92] you're seeing nine different wavelengths right there, which, which, you know, the studies [731.92-735.28] on breast cancer were showing specifically 660 was the one that could drop the breast [735.28-744.04] tumor proliferation by 40% in vitro in 24 hours. So that was a PubMed study. And it's [744.04-748.24] in vitro. So I'm not saying that this was a 400 person group, but it was showing that [748.24-754.52] there was a direct response, but it was a specific type of wavelength of light that was [754.52-758.80] interfacing with that particular part of the body. So they become the deeper parts of [758.92-765.52] the conversation, but it was specifically everything from lung cancer, which is the biggest [765.52-771.24] killer. It kills more people in prostate cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer combined, [771.24-776.32] lung cancer, and smoking is not going up. So what is it that we're inhaling that is causing [776.32-779.20] this? And then people then start saying, well, what's getting sprayed in the skies? And [779.20-783.48] then they also say, what's in my home that's off-gassing? And then they look at indoor [783.48-789.96] air filtration or plants to put in the home to absorb these things. But it's the various [789.96-794.04] types of cancer, the biggest ones that are affecting us, especially with the combination [794.04-798.48] of methylene blue and red light. And then you come into all these other chronic conditions [798.48-804.08] from joint pain knee pain. I spent $30,000 on my dad's knees, and I didn't, I couldn't [804.08-811.96] get a result, but red light with something that cost under $300 was able to work wonders [811.96-817.64] for him. And he's building my sister's home right now, and he's able to be mobile. And [817.64-823.52] that's a blessing for me. So it's those conditions, the autoimmune spectrum from the chronic [823.52-830.00] conditions, whether it's eczema or acne or psoriasis, or whether it's the chronic eye [830.00-836.44] conditions, which range from myopia, even in children, the 41 clinical trials equated [836.44-841.60] to 6400 children. And this was specifically an eyesight study, which in many of the studies [841.60-844.44] they're just opening their eyes to looking directly into red light. It was the number [844.44-847.92] one thing that stopped vision worsening in children over that large group. [847.92-853.32] Wow. I mean, I've been trying to reverse my vision problems. I've been going down [853.32-858.04] that rabbit hole of trying to heal my eyes naturally. And it's been like a slow process. [858.04-861.72] And as you can tell, I still need my reading glasses. And I'm, you know, trying to take [861.72-865.24] walks and be out in the morning with the dog with no glasses on. And just like looking [865.24-870.24] at the distance, the horizon and all of that to try to get the light in there. But it's [870.24-874.40] a slow process. And I, you know, maybe you and I can talk off line how to, but I'll [874.40-878.40] tell you this. I want to tell you this during this. If you don't mind, Clayton, you'll [878.40-882.24] love this. Okay. So this was University College London. They were the same guys that [882.24-887.24] backed the prostate cancer study that I just mentioned. Okay. So 49% went into remission [887.24-891.88] in the red light group, 13.5% went into remission in the non-red light group. That was only [891.88-897.00] one therapy added. There's no, there was no diet change. There was no additional therapies [897.00-904.00] added. It was the red light with a photosensitizer like comparable to methylene blue. It was a different [904.00-908.92] type for that one. But people can find the study. Now the same group then did a study on eyesight. [908.92-913.48] And they tested people after the age of 40 with myopia. And they tested them in the morning [913.48-917.60] in the afternoon. They did three minutes up to 45 minutes. And if they did it in the afternoon, [917.60-921.84] they got zero benefit. But if they did it in the morning on average, immediately within [921.84-925.88] the same 24-hour period, they equated. If it was the morning, whether it was three minutes [925.88-931.48] or 45 minutes, it would equate to 17% improvement in eyesight immediately. And that lasted [931.48-938.40] an entire week until it relapsed, which it wasn't a reversal study. It was really just testing [938.40-945.52] these parameters, which I've now seen mid-90-year-olds get visioned back. And it's just like [945.52-954.16] sitting in front of a red light or is this out in nature? It was in 670 nanometer red light, [954.16-962.00] which was through a light emitting diode LED. Like the ones you have there in your studio? [962.00-968.26] Yeah, it was the same tech. It was LED 670 directly into the eyes, eyes open, three minutes [968.26-972.88] looking into it. That's exactly what they did. And so if you're not doing that, you're [972.88-979.08] trying different things, it's sad because now that you know this, the next show that [979.08-986.44] if us doing another thing, you might then report or show outside of this one with me, [986.44-993.48] you may report dramatic changes because I often see people within the same day shocked [993.48-999.64] that they can now read. Because 17% is not 100%, but that was only three minutes of exposure. [999.64-1002.84] What I'm saying is that if people were to do that daily or a few times a week, they [1002.84-1008.40] could expect a complete reversal. That's what I've seen personally, even in people [1008.40-1013.36] that you wouldn't think could get much hope. Because the retina is one of the highest concentrations [1013.36-1018.16] in mitochondria. And the brain, some of the cells have up to hundreds of thousands of mitochondria. [1018.16-1023.52] So the eyes are really the pathway to getting red light into your brain, so you will see improvements [1023.52-1030.16] in mood as well. And so your wife may report, hey Clayton's a lot happier. Not saying that you're [1030.16-1035.84] not a happy guy, but our wives can notice this light is changes all the most dramatic changes. [1035.84-1040.24] And yes, I do believe that it will be like a remarkable difference for you. [1040.24-1045.36] Wow. All right. I'm going to try it. Okay. And you know, you and I can talk again offline. [1045.36-1050.08] I can find it. Find something like that. But how long does it take? I mean, you're saying [1050.08-1053.68] almost immediate, but how long does it take to see like the effects of red light therapy, [1053.68-1058.00] like the benefits? You mentioned at least for the eyesight piece of this pretty, like pretty [1058.00-1065.52] quickly. But what about other, you know, we talk about eczema or acne or cancers or something [1065.52-1071.68] else. Do we have like a length of time, maybe sitting in front of red light or being out in [1071.68-1075.12] nature that would help people? Yeah. And I love that you're talking about being out in nature. [1076.00-1079.60] Because one of my friends just reported this to me where he, it was during the middle of the day [1079.60-1084.08] where you don't have red, but he was facing the sun. I don't have any data on this. It was just [1084.08-1088.64] a fascinating observation where, but then it was red in his eyes because it's going through the [1088.64-1093.92] the skin, which is then working potentially like a filter, which is then making. So I'm not saying [1094.00-1097.44] he's looking at the sun during the day. I'm saying he's got his eyes closed for just a couple of [1097.44-1103.28] minutes, but he was reporting his eyesight changing as well that way, which is fascinating. Because it [1103.28-1108.40] is going to, it's visibly red. So it's showing that the eyelids are working like a filter of some [1108.40-1112.88] sorts. Again, I have no proof on that. That's an interesting observation that worked for him. [1112.88-1119.60] But in terms of timelines, the eyes are really quick. Depression. Some of the things that I'll [1119.60-1123.68] say will sound unbelievable, but you'll see all of them backed up by clinical research and not [1124.16-1131.04] hearsay. The depression studies were tested a single hour after that therapy. The first hour was [1131.04-1134.32] an improvement. The second hour was a greater improvement than the first hour because it's a [1134.32-1144.48] stacking effect. Depression and anxiety are quite fast from what I've seen. Then the fibromyalgia [1144.48-1152.96] studies, for example, a lot of them are the autoimmune categories, typically a four-week study [1153.04-1158.64] on average, from all the studies I've looked at. They're showing large groups going into [1158.64-1164.40] largely into remission of a lot of the aspects. They're at least saying that it was clinically [1164.40-1168.08] managing the condition to the effect that they were dramatically different to the control group. [1169.20-1175.76] The red light group then maintained those changes for three, four months, even up to six months [1175.76-1181.12] into the future, even though they weren't regularly doing it, though ideally when it comes to [1181.12-1185.04] reversing the conditions, and people obviously did better when they were doing it more regularly, [1185.04-1188.72] because again, you're biologically designed for it. The cancer studies that Lancet on [1188.72-1193.76] College I was quoting too was a two-year study. Again, they were doing the other therapies, [1193.76-1198.72] which I would say, like the chemo surgery and radiation, or the surgery only for the small [1198.72-1204.80] percentage of the red light group, six percent, but there are studies that we're showing. [1205.68-1210.32] Okay, this one is again unbelievable. We're going to show this on screen. It was a lymphoma [1210.32-1215.44] study done in 2006. It's on PubMed, and it was three people in a pilot study. They all went into [1215.44-1222.16] complete remission in a single week, two of them after one session, the other one after two sessions, [1222.16-1227.52] in complete, and the findings were all three patients experienced complete remission, [1227.52-1232.24] defined as a clinical and complete absence, and histologic, complete absence of [1232.24-1236.96] coutaneous B cell lymphoma after a maximum of two photodermic therapy sessions at a one-week [1237.12-1241.68] interval. No patient experience, any side effects, and the pain was easily managed after the [1241.68-1246.80] photodermic therapy sessions. That was the clinical finding word-for-word in that 2006 pilot study. [1246.80-1251.68] So it ranges some of them, a little longer, some of them shorter, and it's especially with the [1251.68-1256.64] photodermic aspect, like taking methylene blue 30 minutes before. It will accelerate a lot of [1256.64-1261.52] things, because again, it's working as an anti-parasitic as well, so it's called anti-microbial [1261.52-1267.60] photodermic therapy, so it's stacking. Does it work for hair loss? I mean, not that I'm really [1267.60-1272.64] worried about it. You look great, man. Well, it's 50 years old, and my dad had a full head of hair [1272.64-1277.04] until he passed away at 86 years old, so hopefully, but nevertheless, you like the receding [1277.04-1282.16] hair line, but does it work for hair loss as well? Yeah, it does. I'm 40, I just turned 40, [1282.16-1287.68] and I got three children, I'm married, and what I'm saying, I'm married, so that would naturally [1287.68-1292.72] give me grey hair, as I guess I'm just kidding. It's true. Yeah, there is some truth to that, [1293.44-1299.28] but both ways, right? My wife, because you deal with more problems that you could easily escape, [1299.28-1302.88] if you were more trans, you aren't just passing through life, but you have to, you could problems [1302.88-1306.64] head on in a marriage, right? Right. Character flaws all come to the surface. I thought it was a good [1306.64-1316.24] person until I got married, then I realized that some work to do. And then, yeah, so I could see it [1316.24-1320.80] visibly working for me, not having a grey hair at 40 with baldness on both sides of my family, [1320.80-1326.16] but aside from the anecdotal report on me, because what can you say about that, but angiogenic [1326.16-1334.80] alopecia is the clinical name for male or female hair loss, and the studies on red light are amazing [1334.80-1341.92] for stimulating hair follicles, and the stem cells within your scalp to regenerate and produce [1341.92-1349.52] healthy hair. And I've seen it countless times in people. I've not yet seen it where somebody has [1349.52-1354.08] said, I got zero improvement. I haven't seen that yet, which is, which is really cool. And [1354.08-1357.92] it's the same thing I've seen with eyesight. I'm not saying everything. I immediately see the [1357.92-1362.16] result that I expected. The the thyroid studies are the ones that people are going to be amazed at, [1362.16-1368.72] because my 87-year-old grandma being on thyroid medication for decades has now no longer needs [1368.72-1373.52] thyroid medication at all anymore. And so the clinical studies on that are fascinating. But [1373.52-1379.12] the hair loss, when you think about it, is not just like a lot of people are going to think about, [1379.12-1385.12] okay, just topic or like, yeah, I'm just going to go for the hair. And there's something to be said [1385.12-1389.20] for that, and I do see amazing results. But when you think about the fact that the thyroid is regulating [1389.20-1393.44] a lot of what's happening when it comes to hair loss and weight gain and weight loss, which is [1393.52-1398.56] the process for weight loss through red light is called photonic lipolysis, which is now getting [1398.56-1404.56] us, uses a substitute for liposuction, okay? So that's that's verified. What I'm saying is true. And [1404.56-1409.76] that so it's breaking open fat cells and people are losing a lot of weight. But it's because of the [1409.76-1414.24] improvement in the organ function, like the thyroid producing thyroid hormones naturally, [1414.24-1418.32] which is what is arguably then one of the biggest factors for why then people are getting [1418.32-1422.16] hair regrowth as well as the fact that they are applying it directly to the scalp and stimulating [1422.64-1428.32] hair follicles. Can you overdo it? All of this red light therapy? Can you think, well, [1428.32-1432.72] I'm going to cure everything? I'm just going to sit in front of this panel for 12 hours a day. [1433.52-1440.00] Yes, you can because it's not that you would cause issues because there's been approximately [1440.00-1444.88] 100 million people treated clinically with red light therapy without adverse effects being [1444.88-1450.32] reported to any significant degree. Like you could have some mild hoax on a reaction, which is like [1450.32-1456.00] a healing crisis. But that's not even typical with red light because it's dealing with surface [1456.00-1461.36] surface level inflammation and dealing with the root cause of what's driving that, like the toxins [1461.36-1465.76] that are within the cells and it's inherently detoxifying cells through cellular energy, which is [1466.32-1472.72] mind blowing. So the absence of light then becomes important as well and that's why you need to [1472.72-1477.92] sleep in the dark. The lymphomas study I mentioned before had something called an occlusion time. [1477.92-1483.20] You think a cult, which means hidden to cover. And so an occlusion time means that you're putting [1483.20-1489.92] yourself in the dark. And so the typical time is really only 15 minutes a day and many of the [1489.92-1493.68] like the thyroid studies that showed that half the group went into remission after a five-week [1493.68-1498.88] treatment of chronic autoimmune thyroiditis, which is 20 minutes twice a week for five weeks. [1498.88-1503.60] And it was just that little. It wasn't even daily. And half the group went into remission. [1503.60-1508.64] The other one was 96% went into remission of enlarged thyroid with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. [1510.16-1516.56] And that was that was only a few minutes over the thyroid. So it a little goes a long way [1516.56-1521.68] and it's not about doing it all day long. And like the three minutes or 45 minutes, whether it was [1521.68-1527.76] three or 45 for the eyesight, then the outcome was still the same. It wasn't more than 17% [1527.76-1533.12] immediately. So that was the max that you could get in a 24-hour period and that more didn't equate [1533.12-1539.68] to better. But there is an acute long COVID study. These are some of the longer times I've seen. [1539.68-1544.32] It was conducted by the European Society of Medicine. There was 62 people in the study. [1544.32-1549.92] It was four sessions that was 64 to 84 minute long sessions. And it was total remission of all [1549.92-1558.08] symptoms for acute long COVID, which meant that it was a total resolution of dysapnea, [1558.08-1564.08] shortness of breath, oxygen saturation above 97% in the blood. Executive function resolved, [1564.08-1568.40] cognitive function resolved, emotional deficits resolved, digestive issues resolved. [1569.44-1574.96] Within one week, 60 of the 62 had complete remission, total remission of all symptoms. And the other [1574.96-1579.92] two got better after the four sessions, no additional sessions. But these were longer sessions. So [1579.92-1585.28] that's the longer period. And because acute long COVID is often caused by people getting that [1585.28-1588.48] intervention that happened a few years ago, getting something injected into their body, [1589.12-1592.00] then that becomes a game changer for people. [1593.52-1598.72] So this is amazing. I mean, I hope people will dive into the research like you said earlier, [1598.72-1602.96] go to like Google Scholar, maybe put in the thing that you have that you're suffering with [1602.96-1607.60] and see what the look through all of the studies on red light therapy as it relates to your [1607.60-1612.32] affliction, whether it's alopecia, whether it's macular degeneration or otherwise, [1612.80-1618.80] and do the research on that hair loss or otherwise cancers, I guess, as well. But if people [1618.80-1624.48] want to buy something, I have no idea where to start. If I wanted to buy a red light panel for [1624.48-1633.12] my house, I see those masks, like I mentioned my wife has, what's the benefit of getting a panel? [1633.12-1637.04] What would you recommend? Maybe you can point us in a direction if people wanted to buy something. [1637.04-1639.92] I'll put a link in the description if people want to pick something up. [1640.16-1645.92] Absolutely. No, thank you, Clayton. I obviously really care about this and I want more people to [1645.92-1649.76] know about it and I give all the facts from the research so that people can do whatever they like [1649.76-1654.56] with that knowledge and information and get back in touch with nature, get on the ground and get [1654.56-1659.36] light in nature. And the reason why somebody should look at getting a high quality panel [1660.16-1666.00] or like a smaller device, like a precision device from a company like my red life is my [1666.00-1670.80] company is because you're able to accelerate your healing and you're able to do something that's [1670.80-1677.04] clinically backed. And so the reason why somebody would do a panel is so that they can get it over [1677.04-1683.20] all their organs. The acute long COVID study that I just cited was Whole organ photo-bi-modulation. [1683.20-1690.72] So head to groin area, which would be something like this or what I have here. These would be an [1690.72-1698.32] example of how you're able to get all your organs into red light in the light so that you can [1698.32-1707.20] then improve the function of all these organs. So then what you're doing then is what you saw then [1707.20-1713.68] when you got all these different colors coming out of here. So you're seeing, you can't see the [1713.68-1719.12] nearer for red because it's invisible. But this blue is 480, which blue light people get confused [1719.20-1722.48] because they think of it like, okay, well, this must be bad. But the reason why your son, [1723.04-1727.28] one of the reasons why may have gone into remission of acne is because that red light mask may have [1727.28-1734.24] had blue light in it. And so that likely did almost all of them do, right? And so that's going to land [1734.24-1740.16] in the dermis and stimulate the cells in this area to regenerate. It's going to kill bacteria [1740.16-1745.92] better than anything else. So that's why you go as low as in the spectrum is 480. And then you come [1745.92-1752.24] into the red, which is 630, 660. And so we're using 9 here. So what you're seeing is then 670, [1752.24-1757.20] which is the one I mentioned on the eyesight. So that's there as well. And then you go into 810, 838, [1757.20-1761.12] 50, which is nearer for red. Now they're all invisible. The reason why you're seeing everything lit up is [1761.12-1766.56] their dual lights, which often devices are skipping that. And then you'll see some lit some not [1766.56-1772.00] because that's not and so you're not using a dual light in that sense. And then and then all the [1772.00-1776.96] way up to 1060, which is the which is the deep spectrum of nearer for red light, which then gets [1776.96-1780.88] into the center of the organ center of the bones, which is why you'll see those ones show up in the [1780.88-1785.60] prostate cancer studies or the bone cancer studies or lung cancer. They're all nearer for red almost [1785.60-1790.56] exclusively. And so then you're hitting all these levels at the same time from the shallow to [1790.56-1796.32] the deepest area of the organs, stimulating the stem cell production in these areas to cause both [1796.32-1802.64] the differentiation to create them is particularly within the bones, but then to mature them, which is [1802.64-1808.64] called the proliferation is to create them and then differentiation is to mature them. And so [1808.64-1813.12] there the processes that you're seeing that you activate with using the broad spectrums. And then [1813.12-1817.36] you're looking for something as well that delivers a high amount of irradiance. The the amount of [1817.36-1822.00] power delivered is then the critical factor for the studies that I was mentioning. And that's why [1822.00-1827.12] we're using over 200 milli watts per centimeter squared at three inches. And that's why groups, [1827.12-1831.36] like I mentioned, like the hope for cancer treatment centers who the chief medical officer, [1831.36-1836.08] I mean, he was the guy that put a live in you and John and Suzanne Summers cancer in remission. [1836.08-1840.88] And part of the reason why they then implemented our red light panels for their patient follow-up [1840.88-1846.72] program is because you can't go to a center and then go home and then go back to your same [1846.72-1850.96] environment. You need something that will continually work for you. This was the device I sent my [1850.96-1856.88] grandma home with after she split her head. She got about 16 stitches from cognitive function [1856.88-1861.12] decline. And I think I know what was causing that with the interventions that she was being [1861.12-1865.44] encouraged to get, which everyone was encouraged to get over the last few years after all my attempts [1865.44-1870.56] and persuasion that didn't work. So then I went into the remedial aspects. So it's pretty simple. And you know, this is what I've got lands I'm strong [1887.04-1892.56] using right now. And Mark Callaway, the undertaker, the wrestler, and some of some well-known folks. [1892.56-1899.12] How close do you have to sit to them? Yeah, ideally it would be even a centimeter away, [1899.12-1905.52] or three inches. Most people are standing like a foot away. But you'll get a more therapeutic [1906.48-1911.52] recovery. And the like the eyesight studies was directly against the eyeball almost touching [1911.52-1916.48] if the University College London. You can see the images directly against the eyes. So you can get [1916.48-1921.92] close, but you don't have to. You could work out a foot away from it. And you, which means that you [1921.92-1925.84] could be there longer as well or two feet away from it, then you could be there longer. And ideally [1925.84-1930.48] you're on clothes. So I'm not technically doing it properly. Near and for red, we'll penetrate [1930.48-1934.08] through the clothing. That's why it's going all the way through to your bones. But red will [1934.08-1939.20] probably mostly get blocked by the clothing that you're wearing. But, you know, if you're wearing [1939.20-1942.72] training gear or something like that, then you're kind of minimally closed. So you'll still get a [1942.72-1946.96] lot of the benefits. That's fascinating. Well, I'll put a link in the description so people can [1946.96-1952.24] go through and take a look at these different panels themselves. Yeah, this is amazing. I mean, [1952.24-1957.36] this is really fascinating. I've seen this explosion. And I'm always fascinated whenever I have [1957.36-1962.16] big pharma that's like trying to suppress this information because they want us on all of these [1962.16-1966.48] drugs. They want us on all these pharmaceuticals. They don't want us to know about these natural [1966.48-1972.64] curatives. And it's, to me, that means we're over the target. We're over the target for sure. [1972.64-1978.08] Jonathan, any final thoughts on this? I think it's fascinating. Oh, thank you, man. Yeah, like, [1978.08-1982.80] look, people can get started at any level. And I love that. And like, I've seen people [1983.68-1988.88] play it in with like a simple device like this, right? This is an example of, I've got a lot of [1988.88-1993.28] pro athletes like guys like Tim Tebow. We did some of the anti-human trafficking work together, [1993.28-1998.08] but he's always traveling with this, right? Yeah, I think you know what he's doing. It's amazing. [1998.08-2003.04] Like, for the last three years, I've been in a group advancing the tech company's [2003.04-2007.76] fighting human trafficking, child trafficking. And we're having tremendous success, which is just [2007.76-2013.12] awesome because what future do we have, right? For our children. But this is an example. This has [2013.12-2017.20] got five different wavelengths through triple lights here. But like, so I've seen people with [2017.20-2022.72] 9 out of 10 back pain go to zero, which sounds unbelievable, but I've seen it a lot. And then, [2022.72-2026.40] you know, I remember a massage therapist, D.D., so that's what happened to her. And then [2027.60-2032.72] she couldn't work with that. So that's a $48,000 salary that she had to forego. But then through [2032.72-2038.24] something that costs like a few hundred dollars literally, like under $400, she was able to [2038.24-2044.32] get that and restore and go back to her work. And so I just want people to know that there's always [2044.32-2051.36] a way and the panels become the cheapest thing. I want people to know that because like my grandma [2051.36-2056.00] for her thyroid medication, what she, like I gave that, she's my grandma, right? But she, [2056.72-2062.40] she would have spent that money like that year on her thyroid medication. And now, you know, [2062.40-2066.96] over the next 10 years, God willing, because that's my wife's grandma, right? My weller. [2067.84-2072.64] But my grandma got her to 98 years old. And so let's imagine she gets to that age or [2072.64-2077.52] greater over the next 10 years that was $12,000 that she's going to spend in thyroid medication. It was a Hashimoto study as well for [2093.84-2099.36] producing thyroid hormone and 15 times greater at reducing medication needs. So my encouragement is [2099.44-2102.80] to do a therapy, get a therapy that ends up becoming the cheapest thing you do.
