Paul Hellyer “Advice from ETs” Reel: real clip, unverified alien-contact claim

A Spanish Instagram Reel says a former Canadian minister revealed secret government contact with extraterrestrials. The clip is real, and the speaker is Paul Hellyer. The stronger claim is not verified.

Short verdict: Real Paul Hellyer/Citizen Hearing clip. But in the longer source, Hellyer is reading a quoted “Advice from the Extraterrestrials” narrative attributed to Jim Sparks. This is not an official Canadian finding and does not verify secret ET-government agreements.

What the Reel says

The Instagram Reel identifies Hellyer as “ex ministro de Canadá” and includes Spanish audio/subtitles saying governments and “heads of power” had contact with extraterrestrials, secret agreements were made, people were hurt protecting the secret, and ETs warned leaders about environmental crisis.

The key missing context

The longer matching YouTube captions show Hellyer introducing the material this way: “I’d like to read two pages from Advice from the Extraterrestrials…” and “this is a quote from Jim Sparks…” before saying “now this is quoting the ETs.” That shifts the evidence label. The video is not simply a minister announcing a government document. It is a former minister reading an abductee/ET-contact narrative at a disclosure-advocacy event.

Official context

NASA’s UAP work treats UAP as observations that are not immediately identified as aircraft or known natural phenomena and emphasizes better data collection and scientific analysis. That is important, but it is not confirmation of extraterrestrial contact, secret government treaties or alien environmental-rescue technology.
