The expectation lesson
The animation is simple: people move toward a sign labelled SUCCESS. Some crawl. Some climb. Some fall behind. Some help others over the wall. The point is not complicated, but it is easy to forget when achievement gets flattened into highlight reels.
Success is rarely a clean solo line from start to finish. It is usually an obstacle course with timing, fatigue, setbacks, cooperation and people who make the climb easier because they refuse to move as if they are alone.
What to learn from it
- Do not judge progress from one frame. Someone crawling may be closer to the next breakthrough than someone posing beside the sign.
